About Me
I’m Andi Jane, a relational and somatic pre-licensed therapist.
Something in your life looks good from the outside—but internally, something feels off. I work with people who have built successful, full lives—often in high-pressure environments—but find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled. You may notice patterns in your relationships, emotions, or inner world that don’t shift through thinking alone. There’s a sense that something deeper is asking for attention.
My approach is grounded in the belief that nothing in you is random. The ways you feel, respond, and relate all make sense in the context of your life. Together, we slow things down enough to listen more closely—to your body, your emotions, and the different parts of you that may not have had space to be heard.
Our work is collaborative and present-focused. We don’t just talk about your life—we pay attention to what’s happening as it unfolds, both internally and between us. This allows for a different kind of awareness to emerge and over time, create real shifts in how you experience yourself and others.
I value helping people step out of inherited scripts and return to their own groundedness and meaning. I hold a space that feels steady and honest—where you don’t need to perform or have anything figured out ahead of time.
