What We Can Explore Together

Relationships & Attachment Patterns

  • Exploring the roots of how you cling, withdraw, or lose yourself in relationship.

  • Unwinding co-dependent and obsessive dynamics to cultivate secure, conscious connection.

Self-Esteem & Self-Image

  • Softening perfectionism and the self-criticism that keeps worth controlled by the outside world.

  • Rebuilding an internally anchored, coherent sense of self.

Career Burnout & Life Direction

  • Tending to the exhaustion of chronic stress and over-functioning.

  • Reconnecting with what feels meaningful, sustainable, and truly yours.

Embodiment & Authentic Expression

  • Returning to the body as a source of truth through somatic awareness and attunement.

  • Expanding your capacity for authentic expression and a more present way of being.

Spirituality & Finding Meaning

  • Deepening your relationship to your inner world through presence and embodied awareness.

  • Exploring intuition, meaning, and connection to something larger in a grounded way.

About Me

I’m Andi Jane, a Somatic-focused psychotherapist (pre-licensure).

Many of the ways we learned to survive, belong, and protect ourselves were necessary at one point in our lives. Over time, those same patterns can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, repeating the same relationship dynamics, or struggling to move toward the life we want. Therapy is an opportunity to integrate these experiences and make space for a truer expression of who you are becoming.

Together, we'll explore the emotional and nervous system patterns that keep you stuck so that change becomes something you experience—not just something you understand intellectually. My work is informed by parts work, mindfulness and somatic/movement practices, helping you access emotions and deeper parts of yourself.

You don't need to have everything figured out to begin. I offer a space that is steady, honest, and relational—where you don't need to perform, and where something more true can begin to emerge.

Modalities:

  • Relational & Attachment Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems & Parts Therapy

  • Somatic (Body-Based) Practices

  • Mindfulness-Based & Transpersonal Practices
